Facade Grants

SEDCOs Façade Grant Program assists businesses with enhancing their building exteriors. This program provides matching funds, meaning we will match a business's investment in facade improvements dollar for dollar, up to $5000. These grants aim to improve the aesthetic appeal of commercial properties, thereby contributing to the overall economic development and revitalization of the area.
